Clients Management Marketing Campaign Manager Moscow
The opportunity

Part of the Client Management Team, the Marketing Campaign Manager serves as the face of TrackAd and is responsible for clients’ continued satisfaction with the platform and service.

  • Support the client in the TrackAd’s installation
  • Manage day to day communications with client once implementation is complete
  • Provide ongoing consultative support and training to client for existing and new features
  • Assist in creating and/or maintaining product documentation such as user guides, FAQ and other training materials
  • Work closely with the Technical Support team to troubleshoot problems and document
  • Monitor performances and bring smart insights to increase them
  • Identify upsell opportunities to expand TrackAd’s offering within existing clients
Skills and experience
  • 2 years in affiliate platforms or performance marketing environment
  • An understanding of the online advertising and performance marketing industry
  • Effective instructive abilities; clear verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills
  • Proven capability in building effective long-term business relationships via phone and email
  • Ability to analyze data with advanced tools
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

The opportunity

Part of the IT Team, the full stack Developer daily works on TrackAd’s improvements. You are involved in all the phases of the project lifecycle: specifications, implementation, development and test. Your role is to write a clean code, to find smart solutions for complex problems and to bring smart insights in our R&D working.

  • Draft of technical and functional specifications
  • Maintain and improve specific functionalities
  • Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to Ensure strong optimization and functionality

Skills and experience
  • Perfect knowledge of PHP and MySql
  • Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, AJAX
  • Experience with modern PHP framework (Laravel, Yii, Zend …)

You are in permanent contact with TrackAd users in order to help them use the tool at maximum capacity.
